Operations Development Programme Career start for management talents

Do you have an engineering or technical background and want to take your career to the next level? Then the international development programme at the European market leader for sanitary products is the right first step. We are looking for management talent with your background to master our future challenges. Gain valuable knowledge of an efficient, lean and process-oriented organisation and be actively involved from day one.

Participate in projects

  • You will start the programme at an established Geberit location in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Sweden or Finland. In the first onboarding phase, you will get to know our corporate culture, our processes and our systems. For example, you will be introduced to our Geberit production system, which is based on lean principles. And you will soon have the opportunity to lead your first project.
  • In a second phase, you will lead another strategic project at another production site or in a logistics centre. You will apply the expertise you have built up in the first phase directly and thus support the further development of the relevant site. Thanks to the close support of a senior management member, you will build up a valuable network at Geberit and be able to develop both professionally and personally.
  • The third and most desirable stage of the programme is to take up a management position in one of our international plants, ideally in your home country.

Training: on-the-job and off-the-job

Employee development and personal growth are important to Geberit. All programme participants therefore go through the regular performance management process, in which continuous feedback and development discussions take place. In addition, we offer off-the-job training tailored to individual needs and internal talent programmes for selected employees.

Application and schedule

In addition to your mobility, the right attitude and personality are important prerequisites for admission to the programme.

The application period for the Operations Development Programme starts every spring. After local pre-selection, the selected candidates are invited to an assessment centre. The programme starts in the autumn.
